Led by senior executives with more than four decades of combined development experience in four EU countries who have collectively developed over 70,000m2 of residential real estate representing more than €130m in asset value.
Investment and Operational Strategy
Equite’s success and competitive advantage lie within 40 years of combined real estate industry experience, intimate local knowledge, powerful network of contacts and conservative approach to risk.
In many cases, Equite and its subsidiaries operates with its own equity, but occasionally may take on external private debt or equity. Our principal objective is to deliver predictable returns and achieve investment stability irrespective of the source of funding. We achieve these objectives through implementing its three-pronged strategy of:

Generally, the directors search for development property that falls under one or more of the following conditions:
- A site that allows for efficient cost effective construction.
- Current property owners have insufficient knowledge or connections required to secure the needed permits.
- Current owners do not have sufficient capital to develop their property.
- A local market temporarily hit by crisis where local capital may be unavailable, thus allowing our liquidity to leverage opportunities in the market.
- Property fundamentals for the site are such that our key industry contacts can be used to obtain otherwise difficult bank financing, advanced investment company interest and/or advanced sales company commitments if desirable.
